At Spanish Trail Scout Reservation, Air-Conditioning, a necessity for camps in Florida, has been installed in the dining hall. We used mini-splits to not take away from the look of the dining hall. Project completed April 2023.
Central Showerhouse project has begun in March 2023 and is expected to be completed in December 2023. Showerhouse will increase number of showers available by two and will have individual private shower rooms.
At Spanish Trail Scout Reservation, the second most used building (Henson Hall) had severe roof leaks. Through a capital donation, a brand new metal roof was installed.
At Spanish Trail Scout Reservation, new signage was installed throughout the camp for consistency and professionalism. Project began in fall 2022 and has been continuous.
At Spanish Trail Scout Reservation, began renovating campsite latrines in 2022 to include two hot shower stalls in them. This project was completed in June 2023.
While with the Western New York Council, worked with the Order of the Arrow to fundraise as well as construct three lean-to’s and a pavilion. As the camp was only ten minutes from Niagara Falls, this project was a necessity in order to increase weekend camping capacity.
