Inclusive Scouting (ScoutReach) has been a part of the last three Councils I have served. Most recently, I established new partnerships with the Greater Cleveland Urban League and El Centro. The goal has always been to help youth, from all walks of life, achieve their full potential through our Cub Scout, Scouts, BSA and Exploring programs.
Re-structured Inclusive Scouting to improve program delivery, increase cost per Scout and reduce expenses $350,000. All three were accomplished in 2020 through a task force assembled.
